1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping notification with tracking once dispatched.

United States — all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii
International — select countries (email info@lifeways.online to confirm availability)

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States:

Standard Shipping (5–10 business days) — FREE on all orders
Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days) — $9.99 USD
Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — $19.99 USD

International:

Standard International (10–21 business days) — calculated at checkout
Expedited International (7–14 business days) — calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active. For assistance, contact info@lifeways.online with your order number.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@lifeways.online with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at info@lifeways.online if you need to make a correction before shipment.
